Bruce Johanson

(B.A., M.A., Andrews University; D.Th., University of Uppsala, New Testament)

Bruce Johanson draws students to him by means of his gentle spirit and empathetic approach. At the same time he keeps up with the latest in his field and is currently working on a Greek syntax for his Greek II class and a text linguistic analysis of I John.

His ministry in one of the College Church Sabbath School classes demonstrates his commitment to education and ongoing pastoral concern. Bruce's teaching assignments include world religions, church history, and New Testament studies.

His wife, Anne, is an obstetrics nurse at St. Mary's Hospital in Walla Walla. Their children include Michael and Tina (both LLU graduates with a Physical Therapy degree), and Nadia (a graduate of WWC with a Nursing degree).
