This is the one piece of workout equipment everyone can have at home.


Recommendation for weights:

In order to build muscle you have to fatigue muscle.  Keep this in mind as you are deciding what weights to use. You want heavy enough weights that when you are doing 8-12 repetitions you cannot do any more.  When you can do 15-20 repetitions you should increase your weights.  The exception are the shoulders.  Make sure you have lifted for a few weeks before you used heavy weights for your shoulder workouts.
