Student Teaching Orientation

EDUC 476 Student Teaching Orientation is an orientation to the requirements of student teaching and the curriculum and procedures of the school and classroom that will host the student teacher. The course must be taken the quarter preceding enrollment in EDUC 480/481 (student teaching). During this orientation, each student is required to spend a minimum of 30 hours in the host classroom. For students who enroll in student teaching fall quarter, the requirements for orientation must be completed during the approximate four weeks between the time the host school begins in August and Walla Walla University begins in September.
