BOSU       

BOSU stands for Both Sides Up,  1/2 of a ball on a platform.  Get a full body workout along with keeping your heart rate up!

Meets in gym until further notice.

Strength and Flexibility

7:00 am - 8:00 am

Meets in Aerobics Studio.

Build strength, long lean muscle, and flexibility.



PLYOMETRICS CLASS

WATER AEROBICS  

For students in the exercise club.

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Burn calories and get that heart rate up!  The water provides 10 times the resistance of land so you will tone that body while working out!
