This is a great class if you are wanting to take your workout to another level regardless of your age or weight.

This class will help you get into great shape, reduce stress, lose weight, increase energy and build confidence.


When: Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm - 6:30pm.

Where: WEC Main Gym

Bring a stability ball and a water bottle.
