- Floor 2: Ceramic Tile (Grouted Tile), Lighting and Fixtures, Plumbing Fixtures and Trim (Started this Week), HVAC Trim (Started this Week), Electrical Trim / Terminations
- Floor 3: Painting
- Floor 4: Hang / Tape / Finish Sheet Rock
- Floor 5: Rough Carpentry, Interior Framing
- Roof / Building Envelope: Exterior Wall Insulation (Batt and Rigid), Weather-Resistive Barrier (TyVek), Masonry, Windows
- Building-ALL FLOORS: Hydraulic Elevator Installation, Glass and Glazing, Metal Railings
